By purchasing commission from me, you agree to my terms of service, which state that all my work is for personal use only. These terms are subject to change when I update them. I retain the rights to the artwork and may upload it to my portfolio. If it's a private commissions, I will not post them publicly.

You have the right to your original characters & watermarked images, which you paid my service for. I won't change my style to someone else's style.

Any questions about commercial rights can be discussed with me beforehand. If you aren't sure what is allowed and not allowed, please do Send a message to any of my socials media.

Clients may use commissioned artwork only for personal usage (If there was some agreement ahead of time). They can only be used for profile pictures, wallpapers, and shared on social media with proper credit to the artist. Do not take credit for an artist's work.

All artwork/character may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission from the creator/Commissioner.

You are prohibited: Editing or changing the artwork without permissions, Using my artwork for NFTs, Crypto currency, Feeding into an AI generator & training. Claiming the artwork is your own. Removing my watermark from the images.

Do not use for advertising /promoting yourself without asking the artist's permission.

Failure to follow these terms will be met with being blacklisted.

Please note I do not under any conditions sell to minors that aren't 18+ or older.

I only accept payment from Ko-fi, Vgen, and PayPal.

Payment must be paid within 24 hours after I've agreed to do your commission.

I have every right to refuse your service if I don't feel comfortable working on it.

I will send you an invoice if you are using PayPal.

Once payment is complete, you will be added to the queue list.

Payment plans are negotiable for adoptable designs.

If payment is not sent, the commissions will be cancelled, and your slot will be opened to be claimed by anyone on the waitlist.

My irl will come first if I ever get sick or anything serious comes up. It might be delayed.

Commissioning might be slower, depending on the type of art and the complex designs of the characters.

I will do my best to finish your commissions as fast as I can, but that doesn't mean you get to rush me.

My TAT might only take 3 weeks to 2 months, once again depending on the complexity of the designs of the characters.

I'll be sending the first sketch at the revision stage. You will get 2 revision stages to let me know everything is okay and approve, before I move onto the lineart process and the last coloring stages.

Once I start on the coloring stages, there won't be any changes. If there is any mistake I made, I will fix it for free on my own

You have no right to cancel or demand to the artist under any circumstance once you have sent the payment unless there's a good reason for it.(A very financial problems more then anything.)

unless I can't not complete your commissions order, Do not place order if you plan to refund under any circumstances. against me.

If you file a charge back you will be banned for buying future commission from me and be blocked, even if I did finished your commissions.

I will refunds you half of the payment. If I am on the shading stages. same goes to the lineart stages.
